Terms & Conditions

• Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
• Maximum of 2 adults per room.
• No Charge for children under age of 12 years sharing room with parent.
• Reservations are not confirmed unless guaranteed by Credit Card or Advance Deposit.
• Above rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia.
• Check-in Time at 3pm.
• Check-out Time 12noon.
• Late Check-out after 1pm will be charged RM20/hour, after 5pm will be considered a full day room charge.
• We accept Master and Visa Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT: Once the payment is confirmed, there is no REFUND.

• Only one night of total stay will be charged as a deposit.
